RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Here at Pari Passu Boutique we hope you are happy with your order, however If you would like to exchange or return your item please contact us by email via (hello@paripassuboutique.com.au) within 14 days of receiving your item and we will provide you with our Returns and Exchange Authorisation form.

We will accept your return on purchases if they comply with the following conditions:

  • The item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • The items must in in their original condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached. In the event that item/s are return in a condition deemed damaged by paripassuboutique.com.au ie. make-up, tanning lotions/products or soiling of the product of any kind etc, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the value of your exchange or refund. 
  • If you wish to request an exchange please get in touch with our customer care team and we will endeavour to accommodate your exchange request. Please note the result is subject to stock availability. If the product you request is unavailable then a refund or credit note will be issued.
  • Delivery/shipping charges on returns are not refundable.
  • The Tax Invoice for the item/s must be provided as proof of purchase, please ensure you retain proof of purchase until a refund is processed.
  • We do not refund on price drop item/s. This includes event promotions. Please choose carefully. No refunds will be issued for Item/s purchased on a price drop (sale reduction), however an exchange or a store credit note can be requested; please contact our customer care team via hello@paripassuboutique.com.au for more information. 


Please note:
 Our returns policy applies to all orders once placed, and is compliant with both our State and Commonwealth Australian law. Once you checkout via our website it is at the assumption that you agree with Pari Passu Boutiques Terms and Conditions.

As we are a small business, we are unable to offer free exchange and return shipping at this time. Return postage costs is at your own expense, however in the event that the item/s being returned has been deemed defective/faulty or not as ordered by you, paripassuboutique.com.au will reimburse you for the postage costs. Please include a copy of your postage receipt in your returned item/s. We cannot accept liability for an item/s until it has been received and confirmed as faulty by our customer care team.

Once we have received your return and the Exchange/Return conditions have been met, we will send you a confirmation email and issue you a Credit Note (value will exclude shipping charges). Your Credit Note will be valid for 6 months and is for single use only.

REFUNDS

No refunds are accepted on price drop item/s (sale). This includes event promotions. Please choose carefully. If you have any questions about an item please email us at hello@paripassuboutique.com.au.

No refunds will be issued for Item/s purchased on a price drop (sale), however an exchange or store credit note can be requested; please contact customer care team for more information.

At Pari Passu Boutique we are here to guarantee our curated selection to be free of defects and will accept any defective item for a full refund (including shipping charges).

How to know if your item is considered defective/faulty:

  • Manufacturing faults 
  • The Item/s you received are different to the item/s you ordered
  • Item/s do not function in the manner as indicated; or
  • Have defects that were not obvious or that Pari Passu Boutique did not bring to your attention at the time of purchase


If you believe your item is faulty/defective please contact us by email (hello@paripassuboutique.com.au) within 14 days of receiving your item. We ask if you could please email photos of the item and explain the defect observed.  Once we have assessed the defect we will email you a Refund Authorisation Form.

Defective items submitted for refund should be in original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Please use the most economical way to return your item and we recommend using a tracking number. Please email us the tracking number once posted so we know the item is on its way.

Please ensure your item is packed in a way to prevent further damage to the item and be accompanied with our returns form. Returns will not be processed unless our returns form is supplied.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

Here at Pari Passu Boutique, we strive to empower you with knowledge. According to the ACCC your right to return the product depends on the reason for the return. If you have changed your mind on the purchase you are not entitled to return the product unless the business has given consent at the time of purchase. If the product has a problem that means it has breached one of the consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Change of mind consumer guarantees do not apply if you:

 
  • Got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it
  • Misused a product in any way that caused the problem
  • Knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
  • Asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted.


Once our Customer Care team have received and inspected the item and the Refund conditions have been met, we will send you a confirmation email and issue a full refund (including shipping charges, please enclose a copy of your shipping receipt).

STOCK AVAILABILITY 

While paripassuboutique.com.au makes every effort to ensure that the stock listed on the website reflects the stock on hand, sometimes an item shown as available may inadvertently be out of stock. If you order an item that is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and process a refund straight away. Payments made using PayPal may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
