COVID 19 SHIPPING UPDATES

We are still dispatching orders as per normal. 
Due to the COVID-19 response please note Australia Post has advised that in order to minimise the health risk to you and AusPost staff all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery within Australia.

You will still need to be present for the parcel to be delivered, but there will be minimal contact as the parcel will be left at the door and no signature is required.

For parcels delivered internationally via DHL, no signature will be required however you must be present in order for the parcel to be delivered. Please note DHL are experiencing an extra 1-2 working day delays on all parcels. 

Australia Post has advised all international standard services are experiencing delays due to air travel restrictions. Please allow extra 1-2 week delays on parcels sent via international standard service.

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC ORDERS

  • We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $150 AUD
  • A flat rate of $11 AUD will be calculated at checkout for domestic orders under $150 AUD.

Delivery time takes between 3 to 5 business days.

Please Note: Delivery times are approximate only due to the significant delays occurring throughout the logistics and distribution networks in Australia

For upgrade express shipping, a flat rate of $20 AUD applies per domestic order.

All the prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars, and will be charged as such.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

  • We offer free shipping on all international orders over $250 AUD.
  • A flat rate of $50 AUD will be calculated at checkout for international orders under $250 AUD. 
  • All International orders are shipped using DHL International or Australia Post.
  • All International orders shall be exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax); this will be shown at Checkout.

Delivery time takes between 10 to 15 business days. Delivery times are approximate only and does not take into account delays which may occur at your country of destination due to custom clearance requirements.

NOTE: 

Please note that stated delivery times are estimates only and may be influenced by factors beyond Pari Passu Boutique and our nominated shipping parties reasonable control. For example, customs and quarantine processing requirements, weekends and public holidays. International delivery at this time is significantly delayed. Currently parcels are experiencing between 20-40 business days to arrive at the destination country; this is dependant on where you are located. If you would prefer to use an alternative international courier service please email us and request this to hello@paripassuboutique.com.au Additional costs will apply.

Please remember, shipments outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what is ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Kindly note to ensure the safe arrival of your goods, a maximum international order value not exceeding $2,000 AUD will be accepted per transaction.

Unclaimed Deliveries

If your item is returned to us after attempted deliveries, failure to pay import taxes and duties owed or unclaimed at your local postal service, your item will be refunded less our delivery costs, any return costs as charged by the shipping agent and a 20% restocking fee. We make every effort to check addresses prior to shipment and we will contact a customer in the event that an item is held up or returned to us; failure to respond in a timely manner to our emails will result in us marking your item as a an unclaimed delivery.  All deliveries will have tracking details supplied to you for your tracking convenience where available, some destinations do not provide tracking details. Please contact us should you require any assistance in tracking your parcel.
